We're fanatics. We're obsessed. Neurotic? You bet! Our Modus Operandi We've been described as a 'band of merry misfits' and an 'ever-youthful clan of vampires' - minus Kiefer Sutherland. Our near-creepy levels of familiarity allow us to work together as a cohesive unit - think Voltron but with desks. We believe work should never be boring and interject fun into every part of the process. We want you to leave our space with a smile on your face. We'll never tell you to smile though, that's just condescending.

Founded in 1994, TRIAD crafts award-winning marketing and design solutions for businesses, government, non-profits, and foundations. Our team of experts is dedicated to providing a diverse range of creative solutions. From designing your website to creating a media plan, our passion bleeds into everything we do. Our team's goal is to set you up for success.

We live in an old historic building that may or may not be haunted. The Falls Stamping and Welding building was constructed in 1928 and housed various manufacturing operations over the years. Recently rebranded as the Foundry, the industrial building was transformed into our official playground. It's a space that's perfect for cultivating creativity and big ideas by a team of crazy people who love what they do.

Our team includes a diverse range of individuals with expertise in various fields. From Creative Team Leads to Digital + Media Strategists, each member brings a unique perspective to the table. Our President, Michael Carlson, is an Advertising & Marketing Expert who also happens to be a Levy & Campaign Strategist. Our Vice President, Audrey Houseman, is a Project Facilitator and Political Strategist. We also have a Senior Account Executive, Ryan Rimmele, who is the Director, Content and Copywriter, Marketing.
