Our History
Front Door Marketing was founded in 2020 by Jim Walrod, who has over fifteen years of experience in the promotional marketing sales industry. Jim has a proven track record of success, having earned the title of salesperson of the year six times and becoming the company's National Accounts Team Leader. In 2011, Promotional Products Association International (PPAI) recognized Jim through its annual Rising Star Award. With the addition of Troy Hill in 2022, the Front Door Marketing team represents more than two decades of combined experience in promotional product sales.
Our Leadership Team
- PRESIDENT, Jim Walrod: Jim founded Front Door Marketing in 2020 after working in the promotional products industry for fifteen years. He has a Bachelor in Business Administration from Siena Heights University and is an active contributor to his community, serving on the board Lucas County Children Services, Leadership Toledo, EPIC Toledo, United Way of Greater Toledo, Toledo Clinic Foundation, and Regional Growth Partnership.
