Our Principals

Our principals are passionate individuals who are dedicated to helping your business succeed. Meet our team:

• Rachael Ekey: As the President and Founder of The Markey Group, Rachael understands marketing at its core - and is able to adapt her knowledge to all different types of business. More importantly though, her passion lies in helping others, which parallels the foundation of The Markey Group; impeccable customer service.
• Jim Locastro: Jim, a lifelong Clevelander, studied Marketing and Economics at Kent State University. He has more than 40 years in the printing industry, the last seven of which have been with The Markey Group. Jim has been married for 46 years and has two beautiful daughters. In his downtime, you can catch Jim on the golf course or gallivanting around town with his lovely wife Linda.
• Jill LeMieux: Jill is an expert in marketing, branding, and design. With over 20 years experience launching and marketing new consumer products, Jill now creates visual masterpieces for our clients both on and offline. Jill's creative background, marketing knowledge, and experience in graphic design make her an incredible asset to our team.
