Founded in 1985, Creative Marketing Associates has represented the leading manufacturers in the consumer electronics industry to both retailers and custom installers across the Southeastern United States. Our principal owners, Liz Kershaw, Steve Merritt, and Jim Kershaw, have spent their entire careers within the industry, and have developed extensive experience working at the local, regional, national, and international levels with manufacturers, mass merchandisers, independent retailers, sound contractors, custom installers, recording studios, and federal, state, and local government departments.

Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to providing exceptional service and technical support to our clients. Our staff includes:

• Jim Kershaw: Principal Contact for Manufacturers, responsible for sales and marketing of consumer products in Middle and East Tennessee and Northern Alabama.
• Steve Merritt: Sales Training for Accounts, responsible for sales training of consumer products in East and West Tennessee, Mississippi, and Southern Alabama.
• Liz Kershaw: Office Manager, responsible for liaison to manufacturers, smooth supply chain management, and in-office support for dealers.

Our Territory

The Southeastern United States is a region of diverse culture, economy, and geography. From the vibrant cities of Atlanta and Charlotte to the scenic beaches of Hilton Head and Sea Island, our territory spans six states, including Tennessee, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi, and North Carolina.
